Bernie Marsden's Alaska at Headbangerball, Twentehallen, Enschede, The Netherlands – 7th October 1984

Bernie Marsden’s Alaska was programmed as a surprise act at this festival. And was for many “a stranger in our midst” at this event were mainly Heavy Metal bands were represented. Many spectators had clearly expected something else. But their blues-oriented Hard Rock by this former Whitesnake guitarist was very well received by a few enthusiasts. And by the way….Marsden is also co-composer of many Whitesnake songs/classics, including the world-wide hit: "Here I go Again". So this speaks volumes.
