Talon at Paradiso, Amsterdam, The Netherlands - 24th of November 1985.

The German foursome Talon from Bayreuth (Bavaria), one of the first bands of the "New Wave of German Heavy Metal", opened their performance as Lee Aaron’s support act with a very good strategy and offered the audience a varied set from fast to melodic metal. Which was well received by the diverse spectators in the overcrowded Paradiso. A better promotion of their recently released second full-length album “Never Look Back” on Steamhammer Records (division of SPV) could not be wished for. A release which is nowadays pretty rare and tough to find. This also applies to the information about this band, there is not much to find on the net. Talon got reunited in 2017 to play on some festivals….but the rest is still a mystery.
